Welding Program Stresses Safety and Innovation

Gwinnett Tech’s Welding program is using innovation to teach students the classic art. The college’s welding facility has a new and unique ventilation system. Rather than pumping out gases to be released in the environment, the new system actually pulls gas away from the welder and sends it to filters.
