I Love It When a Plan Comes Together

Even if you have natural skills for construction and carpentry, the right education and technical training can be invaluable to your career.  Earning an associate degree in residential construction management can provide you the advanced the skills and knowledge to move into a supervisory role.

As the construction industry changes, GTC continues to adapt its curriculum to give students the most up-to-date information in areas like green building practices.

Right now, Gwinnett Tech’s Residential Construction Management program is also focusing on incorporating additional instruction on remodeling– an emphasis reflected in the marketplace. In a tough economy, many homeowners opt to remodel their existing home rather than move to buy new construction.

GTC offers an associate degree and diploma in Residential Construction Management in addition to certificates for Certified Construction Worker, Finish Carpenter, Framing Carpenter and Residential Construction Manager.
